About This Opportunity:
The Enterprise Global Account Director at Docebo is a senior-level sales role responsible for managing and growing relationships with enterprise-level prospects. This role focuses on inspiring and educating prospects about Docebo's core LMS solution and expanding the adoption of our technology suite. The Global Account Director will work closely with C-level prospect executives, leveraging deep industry knowledge to craft and close complex deals. This role involves a significant amount of strategic planning, prospect interaction, and internal collaboration, with the objective of driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience: 6+ years of Enterprise SaaS software sales or account management experience,
Must have experience in and deep knowledge of the HR software space, preferrably LMS.
Sales Success: Proven success as an experienced, quota-crushing sales professional.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Salesforce (CRM), sales automation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gong, and web conferencing tools like Zoom.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain an organized and updated pipeline.
Soft Skills: Natural confidence, coachable, accountable, resilient, and able to problem-solve and adapt quickly.
Collaboration: Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal resources and stakeholders.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
