• Support leadership and serve as a technical reference for the team, disseminating best practices and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement
• Extract, analyze and monitor data from the delivery of our services, identify gaps, and assist the team in developing and implementing action plans to improve operational performance and reduce issues
• Create, monitor and report area KPIs to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives
• Lead complex transformational initiatives that deliver measurable efficiency gains, increased productivity, and operational excellence, directly impacting customer experience and the team's sustainable growth
• Act as a bridge between Operations, Product, Data and Customer Experience teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution of action plans
• Provide operational support for routine activities, such as contracting/onboarding processes and monitoring of hearing representatives.
