About the role

  • Conduct strategic meetings to present doc9 and its solutions to clients;
  • Identify and analyze clients' needs to offer the best solution;
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts, ensuring proposal viability;
  • Monitor the sales funnel and ensure the progression of opportunities;
  • Send and track commercial proposals, ensuring efficient follow-up;
  • Keep the internal CRM (Pipedrive) up to date, recording all interactions and opportunities;
  • Work in partnership with Marketing, Support and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth customer experience;
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to strengthen retention.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organizational skills and discipline to manage multiple demands;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with different departments;
  • Consultative profile with active listening and focus on the client's needs;
  • Self-critical mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development;
  • Resilience to handle challenges and objections in the sales process;
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Law degree is a plus);
  • Commercial experience with B2B negotiations;
  • Commercial experience with SaaS products;
  • Familiarity with SPIN Selling methodology, the BANT framework for lead qualification, and negotiation techniques;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
  • Experience in the legal market is a significant advantage.
