About the role
- Conduct strategic meetings to present doc9 and its solutions to clients;
- Identify and analyze clients' needs to offer the best solution;
- Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts, ensuring proposal viability;
- Monitor the sales funnel and ensure the progression of opportunities;
- Send and track commercial proposals, ensuring efficient follow-up;
- Keep the internal CRM (Pipedrive) up to date, recording all interactions and opportunities;
- Work in partnership with Marketing, Support and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth customer experience;
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to strengthen retention.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organizational skills and discipline to manage multiple demands;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with different departments;
- Consultative profile with active listening and focus on the client's needs;
- Self-critical mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development;
- Resilience to handle challenges and objections in the sales process;
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Law degree is a plus);
- Commercial experience with B2B negotiations;
- Commercial experience with SaaS products;
- Familiarity with SPIN Selling methodology, the BANT framework for lead qualification, and negotiation techniques;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
- Experience in the legal market is a significant advantage.
