Digital Marketing Specialist – SEM/PPC

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google and Meta on behalf of clients
- Handle budgets, bidding strategies, ad targeting, and creative, keeping everything running efficiently and on-spend
- Dig into analytics to spot trends, surface insights, and continuously improve campaign performance
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and refinement
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign data
- Research competitor SEM strategies and identify opportunities
- Stay ahead of changes in the digital marketing landscape and help shape how we respond
- Partner closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver results that matter to them
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in SEM/PPC or digital marketing
- Comfortable working with data. Spreadsheets and pivot tables are your friends
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into clear insights and actions
- Excellent written communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized. You can manage your own workload without constant hand-holding
- A genuine drive to grow, learn, and become an expert in your craft
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Looker Studio is a plus
- Four-year degree preferred, but not required if your experience speaks for itself.
