Key responsibilities & impact

Provide comprehensive Client Management Support Services to help IRS Criminal Investigation maintain reliable, secure, and accountable technology operations across domestic and international locations
Plan, coordinate, and execute enterprise IT projects from initiation through closure
Ensure alignment with organizational objectives while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources
Facilitate communication among technical and business stakeholders
Track and report project performance against milestones and deliverables
Drive issue resolution and change control processes
Provide leadership to ensure successful, timely, and compliant delivery of technology initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years of experience in IT project management within enterprise environments
Proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and stakeholder management
Experience managing technical initiatives such as infrastructure, endpoint services, and software deployment
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to meet defined objectives
Ability to obtain/hold U.S. government security clearance
PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred but not required
