Key responsibilities & impact

Provide comprehensive Client Management Support Services to help IRS Criminal Investigation maintain reliable, secure, and accountable technology operations
Design, package, test, and deploy enterprise software using MECM and Intune
Lead complex software deployments and troubleshooting efforts
Develop automation and deployment standards
Ensure compliance with security and configuration requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of enterprise experience with MECM and/or Intune
Experience with advanced software packaging
Experience with automation
Experience with large-scale troubleshooting
Relevant certifications are preferred but not required
Ability to hold/obtain U.S. government security clearance
