About the role

  • Provide 24x7 Network Support for the Indian Health Service (IHS)
  • Configure complex WAN/LAN technologies in support of enterprise class data centers
  • Configure and manage Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls
  • Support network architecture/design, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Communicate with customers regarding network issues and provide solutions

Requirements

  • Able to obtain a US Government Public Trust Clearance
  • CCNP required with a minimum of 4 years’ experience plus additional industry-related certifications.
  • Palo Alto experience is also required, supporting an enterprise network.
  • Experience with WAN circuit delivery, monitoring and maintenance.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within an enterprise network infrastructure consisting of multiple data centers and supporting large enterprise network LAN & WAN operations.
  • Experience creating detailed physical and logical data center and site-level network diagrams.
  • Experience with ITIL or other IT service-delivery methodologies
