Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for post-sales support to clients.
Provide technical and operational training.
Test, adjust, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and install CNC machining equipment.
Plan and coordinate activities with clients.
Examine machinery and converse with equipment Operators to detect problems.
Analyze information to determine root causes and recommend repairs or upgrades.
Advise management regarding equipment defects and product performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology)
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Machine Tool Company
Knowledge of Fanuc Machines and CNC engines
Understand PLC systems and diagrams
Ability to operate forklift truck and manual lifting equipment
MS Office
