About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and manage suppliers, monitor the quality of services provided, and ensure compliance with established standards
Perform performance analyses of suppliers and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support decision-making
Prepare and manage quotations, ensuring accuracy of information, competitiveness, and alignment with internal requirements
Maintain direct contact with internal clients, providing technical and operational support, answering questions and aligning requirements
Monitor and update KPIs and records in internal systems, ensuring traceability of information
Proactively resolve issues, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and efficiency in handling deviations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Advanced English — will be tested
Intermediate to advanced German — a plus
Experience in international freight forwarding
Experience in Pricing or Inside Sales
