About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate import air shipments;
Provide clients with all shipment information via email and system updates to keep them informed of the process status;
Confirm finalization of the process using information from the Brazilian Federal Revenue (Receita Federal) systems;
Release the process to Finance in the system to proceed with invoicing;
Verify the origin agent's invoice based on negotiated terms for subsequent foreign exchange settlement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
Intermediate to advanced English — will be tested;
Experience with international freight forwarding;
Experience coordinating import air shipments;
Experience with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments.
