About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contact with exporters at origin: requesting and/or sending documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.)
Monitoring shipments under incoterms FCA (carrier at origin) and EXW (exporters and carriers at origin)
Cost entry
Contact with the origin warehouse to verify arrivals and issue warehouse receipts (inspection of cargo, packaging, weight)
Review and issuance of documents (EEI Report, invoice, packing list, labels, etc.)
Issuance of air waybills (AWB)
Follow-up with airlines
Sending information to the CCT

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree completed
Intermediate to advanced English (will be tested)
Experience coordinating air import shipments
Knowledge of import processes (U.S. and Brazil)
Knowledge of incoterms (FCA and EXW)
