About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organization and provisioning of cash flow
Control and scheduling of payments to suppliers, service providers, and operational and administrative expenses in the system
Supplier support and interface with internal departments
Management of deadlines and due dates, and support for monthly closings
Participation in projects and support in negotiations
Updating and analysis of periodic financial reports
Monitoring variances between actual results and budget
Support in cost and expense control
Consolidation of information from different areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in Rio de Janeiro
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics
Intermediate to advanced English — will be tested
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (functions such as IF, VLOOKUP, date and text manipulation, as well as creating PivotTables and charts)
Knowledge of Income Statement (DRE), cash flow, and budgeting
Basic understanding of tax withholdings (INSS, IR, ISS, etc.) — a plus
