About the role
- Assist in building simulation models using tools such as Vensim
- Support the development of system dynamics models
- Integrate real-world datasets into simulations to improve accuracy and relevance
- Run “what-if” simulations to evaluate system performance under different assumptions
- Analyze simulation outputs to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Work with engineering and data science teams to integrate heterogeneous datasets into simulation pipelines
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python (Matplotlib, Plotly)
- Prepare technical reports, simulation specifications, and user guides
- Present findings to cross-functional teams, senior engineers, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Systems Engineering Computer Science Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Applied Mathematics Data Science Or a related technical field
- Familiarity with modeling and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, AnyLogic, Arena, Vensim )
- Basic proficiency in Python, R, C++, or Java for model development and data analysis
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI integration into simulation models is a plus
- Understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for innovation
