About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the day-to-day administration of HR systems, including employee onboarding, data changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations
Maintain accurate employee and organizational data across HR platforms
Assist with HR reporting, data validation, and routine audits
Support system configurations, workflow routing, and user access management
Troubleshoot HR system issues and respond to inquiries from HR teams, managers, and employees
Execute bulk data uploads and updates while ensuring data integrity
Monitor HRIS workflows, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems
Document processes, audit findings, and system changes
Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve system issues and support enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related role
Experience with HR platforms such as UKG Pro, ADP or Costpoint
Experience conducting HR data audits and maintaining data quality
Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle transactions
Experience supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations
