Key responsibilities & impact

Engineers and integrates voice, video, and collaboration capabilities across IT/OT environments
Lab validation, cutover support, operational testing, transition artifacts, and ORR support
Secure/reliable communications engineering, testing, stabilization, O&M handoff, and ORR support

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years enterprise VoIP/UC or telecom engineering experience
SIP/call routing knowledge
Dial plans and endpoint provisioning experience
Voice quality fundamentals
Troubleshooting across voice/video/collaboration and network/security dependencies
Strong documentation/runbook discipline
Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required.
