Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years enterprise VoIP/UC or telecom engineering
SIP/call routing
Dial plans
Endpoint provisioning
Voice quality fundamentals
Troubleshooting across voice/video/collaboration and network/security dependencies
Strong documentation/runbook discipline
Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
