About the role

  • Responsible for program-level planning, orchestration, governance, schedule integrity, and executive communication for the Rural Health Transformation Project
  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Microsoft Project
  • Establish and manage schedule baselines, critical paths, and variance analyses
  • Produce multi-horizon roadmaps derived directly from MS Project
  • Own and maintain RAID logs, governance registers, and decision logs
  • Prepare and deliver executive and steering committee reporting
  • Manage change control processes
  • Lead cross-workstream coordination
  • Oversee vendor deliverable reviews
  • Ensure alignment between MS Project milestones and Agile sprint delivery

Requirements

  • PMP certification (required)
  • Extensive experience managing complex, multi-workstream IT programs
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Project as an enterprise scheduling and reporting tool
  • Experience supporting government, public-sector, or highly regulated environments
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power BI, and Agile delivery models
  • Strong executive communication and governance facilitation skills
