About the role
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, email correspondence, and cloud file management.
- Prepare and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and data using Excel.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of client interactions.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Support various departments with data entry, project coordination, and other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and all other Office programs.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, loan processing, and merchant lending A PLUS!
- High familiarity with office management software (e.g., MS Office).
- Prior experience in a fast-paced work environment.
