About the role

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, email correspondence, and cloud file management.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and data using Excel.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of client interactions.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Support various departments with data entry, project coordination, and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and all other Office programs.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, loan processing, and merchant lending A PLUS!
  • High familiarity with office management software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced work environment.
