About the role
- Oversees the project and all consultants supporting the DHS CSA locations that includes team scheduling, performance reporting, personnel issue management.
- Provided IT support on network and AD infrastructure projects.
- Managed OnPrem ADDS infrastructure DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPO.
- Maintained consistent, quality documentation to meet ongoing operations and business continuity requirements.
- Coordinated pickup and delivery of IT resources for the infrastructure.
- Provided recommendations for IT equipment and software.
- Troubleshoot issues related to servers, printers, & AD.
- Used Windows Update to remediate Windows patches.
- Managed user accounts in AD On-Prem and Azure ADDS.
- Created Azure Users, resource groups, and VM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in the specific discipline required by the State.
- Two (2) additional years of experience may be substituted for the required education.
- Eight (8) years of experience in a computer-related field.
- Candidate must have at least eight (8) years of combined new and related older technical experience in the IT field directly related to the required area of expertise.
- Successful completion of a Fingerprint background investigation.
