About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a field-based technical expert responsible for complex equipment repairs
Manage customer inquiries and complaints with a commitment to exceeding service expectations
Perform specialized field operations, including driving delivery trucks and managing the safe loading and transport of towable equipment
Ensure LE rental readiness and provide technical expertise to customers and store associates
Diagnose, maintain, and repair all components of the heavy-duty equipment
Fostering a culture of customer service & support and interacting with TRC associates
Maintain vehicle compliance in accordance with company and provincial regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid Driver’s License for the province you reside in and good driving record
2 years of relevant work experience
Advanced proficiency in diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Working knowledge of handheld technology (ex. smartphone, laptop, tablet, applications, etc.)
Must provide own standard tools used in the trade/craft.
Must be 18 year or older
Must pass a background check
Resides within 25 kms of target city or willing to commute to base location.
