About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a field-based technical expert responsible for complex equipment repairs
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints with a commitment to exceeding service expectations
- Perform specialized field operations, including driving delivery trucks and managing the safe loading and transport of towable equipment
- Ensure LE rental readiness and provide technical expertise to customers and store associates
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair all components of the heavy-duty equipment
- Fostering a culture of customer service & support and interacting with TRC associates
- Maintain vehicle compliance in accordance with company and provincial regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid Driver’s License for the province you reside in and good driving record
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced proficiency in diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Working knowledge of handheld technology (ex. smartphone, laptop, tablet, applications, etc.)
- Must provide own standard tools used in the trade/craft.
- Must be 18 year or older
- Must pass a background check
- Resides within 25 kms of target city or willing to commute to base location.
