About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and maintain Workday Financials modules, including Reporting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Business Assets, Procurement, and Banking & Settlement
  • Configure and optimize Workday Financials functionality to meet evolving business requirements
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
  • Manage system updates, releases, and testing cycles
  • Provide end-user support and training for Workday Financials features and processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies through system configuration and workflows
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within Workday

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience administering Workday Financials or similar ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Experience with Workday financial reporting modules
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in a mid-to-large organization preferred
  • Workday Financials certification preferred
  • Expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Prism preferred
  • Familiarity with integration tools and data migration preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment preferred
