About the role
- Prepare and validate data for indirect tax processes, including journal entries and G/L reconciliations.
- Assist with documenting current client processes prior to transition.
- Support workflow enhancements by gathering requirements and providing input on technology-driven improvements.
- Perform routine compliance support tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Maintain organized records and audit-ready documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Communications, Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 0–1 year of experience; internship or exposure to tax operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
