Deliver outputs in standardized formats (PL/SQL scripts, JSON boilerplates) for use in Oracle APEX.
Rapidly generate APEX application boilerplates from extracted logic.
Provide downloadable scripts for database object creation, reducing manual recoding efforts.
Ensure all processing occurs within secure environments, with no proprietary data shared externally.
Enforce best practices in code structure, documentation, and naming conventions.
Review current best practices in APEX code structure, documentation, and naming conventions and update output to align to these standards where they are logical.
Extend the AI-driven approach to other legacy modules or applications as needed, supporting future automation opportunities.

Requirements

Must be a United States citizen.
Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
Must have at least five years of experience with Oracle APEX development, and legacy system migration.
Must have relevant experience in AI-driven modernization projects using legacy Oracle Forms OR Oracle Framework applications. This includes providing case studies or references from similar projects.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and U.S. based.
