Director, FP&A – Revenue & GTM

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the strategic financial partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and sales leadership
- Own the end-to-end revenue planning process across multiple revenue streams
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasts
- Lead forecast review calls with sales leadership
- Build and maintain revenue recognition models
- Partner with Sales Ops to own data governance
- Design quota coverage review processes
- Build and maintain revenue operations reporting stack
- Act as finance liaison for CRM integration work
- Own monthly commissions calculation process
- Analyze customer economics and build financial models
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10–12+ years of progressive finance experience
- 5+ years in FP&A roles supporting revenue or GTM functions at a SaaS, legal tech, or B2B technology company
- Direct experience owning revenue forecast processes across multiple revenue streams
- Demonstrated experience working within or alongside Sales Operations
- Hands-on commissions management experience
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel
- Experience with EPM/FP&A platforms
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C) process integration
- Strong executive presence
