About the role

  • You will work closely with a team of skilled engineers and define a strategy and roadmap for the platform, evangelizing to the development teams and broader organization
  • You will execute that vision, ensuring every item on the roadmap provides the desired outcome to our customers and the business, mainly focusing on external developer experience
  • Public documentation enhancements
  • Public repositories maintenance
  • Developer tools prioritization for creation and maintenance
  • Developer journey analysis and refinement
  • You will analyze and use data to make informed decisions
  • You will do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, no matter how big or small the issue may be
  • You will be working with people from all around the globe

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish is a must
  • Experience working as PM / PO building software
  • Live in Spain, Argentina or Uruguay is a must
  • User interviewing experience
  • Technical background; experience with API design/integration, technical documentation, technical writing, SDK maintenance, authentication methods or basic coding skills
  • Nice to have: Finance Knowledge
  • Payments Knowledge
