About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end recruitment for junior- and mid-level positions in Brazil and Latin America.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Use sourcing tools, social media, networking, and market knowledge to build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing, selection approaches, and candidate assessment.
- Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders across different areas of the business.
- Facilitate training on interviewing techniques and support managers in developing effective hiring practices.
- Support a welcoming, high-quality onboarding experience.
- Support background check processes and administrative hiring activities.
- Continuously improve the experience of candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure the planning and execution of internship, apprenticeship, and other talent programs and projects.
- Develop partnerships with universities, recruitment consultancies, and local partners.
- Participate in career fairs and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with Americas and Global Talent Acquisition teams on HR, diversity, and process improvement projects.
- Contribute to HR policies and compliance with regional requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or another HR function.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Comfortable leading discussions and presentations for small groups.
- Advanced English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Spanish or a strong interest in learning the language.
- Experience supporting diversity and inclusion-focused recruitment initiatives.
- Previous experience with internship, trainee, or early-career talent attraction programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment while reporting to a manager based in another country.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of urgency.
