About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for junior- and mid-level positions in Brazil and Latin America.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Use sourcing tools, social media, networking, and market knowledge to build and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing, selection approaches, and candidate assessment.
  • Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders across different areas of the business.
  • Facilitate training on interviewing techniques and support managers in developing effective hiring practices.
  • Support a welcoming, high-quality onboarding experience.
  • Support background check processes and administrative hiring activities.
  • Continuously improve the experience of candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure the planning and execution of internship, apprenticeship, and other talent programs and projects.
  • Develop partnerships with universities, recruitment consultancies, and local partners.
  • Participate in career fairs and employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Americas and Global Talent Acquisition teams on HR, diversity, and process improvement projects.
  • Contribute to HR policies and compliance with regional requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or another HR function.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Comfortable leading discussions and presentations for small groups.
  • Advanced English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Spanish or a strong interest in learning the language.
  • Experience supporting diversity and inclusion-focused recruitment initiatives.
  • Previous experience with internship, trainee, or early-career talent attraction programs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment while reporting to a manager based in another country.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of urgency.
