About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships and serve as a primary point of contact
  • Identify and create new relationships by leveraging DLL’s value proposition
  • Develop and deliver proposals and quotes
  • Manage all transactions and communicate with appropriate parties as necessary
  • Establish strong internal relationships to effectively and efficiently process business
  • Create presentations and communication collateral for external and internal use
  • Train partners on available products, processes and the use of systematic tools
  • Involve all relevant expertise (risk, operations, legal, etc.) to structure and close deals
  • Report on business activities and highlight relevant trends
  • Travel as required to meet partners and attend trade shows and industry events
  • Define, monitor and achieve commercial targets and goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University Degree of College Diploma in Business or equivalent work experience
  • 5 Years sales or related leasing experience
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English
  • Thorough knowledge of the marketplace as well as current trends and activities
  • Understanding of financial statements and the credit review process
  • Knowledge pertaining to financial product pricing, subsidy management and amortization schedules
  • Proficient in MS Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven sales, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and the ability to persevere and see things through to completion
  • A team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter with the ability to work remotely and independently and in a virtual team environment
