About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operational Excellence
- Participate in cross-functional workshops and support the Business Excellence Team to problem solve and document processes/opportunities that improve customer and employee experience.
- Support the Business Excellence Team to automate processes using various digital tools such as Robotic Process Automation, AI that significantly enhance customer experience
- Project Management
- Supporting Project Managers in executing cross-functional projects that includes but not limited to recording meeting minutes that help to align and sequence tasks, owning/co-owning tasks where applicable
- Support with monthly update report that is sent to all stakeholders within DLL Canada
- Operational Metrics
- Gathering monthly and quarterly Operations metrics using established reporting tools.
- Co-developing the required monthly and quarterly presentations, developing data-trend analysis and commentary, reviewing with the Operational Excellence Manager prior to publication for feedback and coaching opportunities.
- Process Libraries
- Help team in creating and maintaining process libraries that contain end to end process maps and critical process metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Strong initiative exhibited through proactive interactions and idea development.
- Highly flexible and adaptable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very customer service focused.
- Curious by nature.
- Course work (or experience) normally obtained through enrollment (or lived experiences) in a Business Admin, IT Project Management, CX/UX Design, Process Quality programmes.
- Experience with MS Office products. MS Visio a plus
- Ability to work from home remotely/independently, in a virtual team environment and in-person/in-office for process improvement workshops (approx. 2-3x per week)
