About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Customer Service team acts as the first point of contact for clients and partners throughout the contractual relationship, providing excellent service via phone, post, and e‑mail.
- Receive, process, monitor and close service requests received by phone, email or post.
- Prepare the necessary documentation to resolve client queries and requests.
- Prepare and process early contract terminations, contract amendments and contract assignments/subrogations.
- Manage and send balance confirmations, payment plans, and requests for copies of contractual documents and invoices.
- Provide customer support.
- Contribute to maximising commercial opportunities by proactively participating in process improvements and identifying and reporting opportunities while in contact with suppliers/resellers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Management, or equivalent education, with professional experience in a similar or related role.
- Intermediate or advanced level of English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of MS Excel (intermediate or advanced level).
- Essential skills: analytical mindset with a problem‑solving orientation, customer focus and commitment to service quality, excellent communication skills with various stakeholders, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to different tasks, responsibilities and IT systems.
- We are looking for a disciplined, methodical and organised person with a strong work ethic, willing to contribute to the improvement of internal processes and eager to face new challenges.
- A dynamic individual experienced in dealing with multiple interlocutors, who pays attention to detail and has a strong ability to work in a team.
