About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide all employees, including managers and senior leaders, with information on salary, compensation, benefits, HR regulations and local laws.
- Carry out personnel administration in line with established guidelines to ensure accurate and complete availability of employee information.
- Manage HR systems and tools to ensure the availability of accurate and up-to-date HR management information.
- Support and execute activities related to payroll and compensation, to ensure timely and correct salary payments.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of DLL employees.
- Maintain internal HR systems with recurring data audits and updates.
- Be the first line of support to answer questions regarding policies, benefits, and payroll inquiries that come in from both former and current DLL employees via the HR One Call and HR Functional Mailbox.
- Support various international HR projects.
- Run reports for various internal teams (Finance, Compliance, etc.).
- Support various HR Operational processes including unemployment, employment verification, and exit interviews.
- Facilitate HR System training and support.
- Other duties as assigned and/or required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree level education ideally in Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations or administrative job, preferably within HR Operations.
- Ability to work hybrid in a DLL location for a minimum of 2 days per week.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
- Relevant experience with working in a complex matrixed organization.
- High ability to plan, organize and work towards results.
- High attention to detail.
- High level of confidentiality is required in this position.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration are required.
- Adaptability to change course and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and adapt to change.
- Able to work independently and in teams to meet deadlines.
