About the role

  • Shape and assess business cases for new strategic initiatives
  • Develop complete project plans, defining scope, deliverables, and timelines
  • Lead and execute end-to-end HR projects, including large transformations and global transitions
  • Collaborate with a wide network of stakeholders: HR CoE Leaders, Global HRBPs, Senior Management, (IT) project managers, and corporate program teams
  • Monitor impact and effectiveness of People Strategy initiatives and provide insights to steer decision-making
  • Ensure adequate resourcing, manage risks, and drive timely delivery
  • Prepare project governance materials, including progress reports and Steering Committee documentation
  • Communicate clearly and credibly with senior stakeholders across DLL
  • Understand dependencies between HR, business operations, and technology
  • Manage change in sensitive environments, balancing influence, challenge, and countervailing power with souplesse

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Economics or related field
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in an international environment
  • Proven experience managing large, complex HR transformations
  • Strong consultancy skills and business acumen
  • Ability to work across cultures and build strong networks
  • Comfortable operating at strategic level while managing operational detail
  • Technology-savvy with solid reporting and automation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • High analytical capacity and sound judgment
  • Ability to challenge and advise senior stakeholders effectively
  • Experience embedding HR policies and processes in large multinational organizations
  • Experience collaborating with IT teams on HR system implementations and the impact on HR’s operating model
  • Resilience, sensitivity, and the ability to work with impact in a complex environment
