About the role
- Communication with our customers and partners
- Processing and reviewing incoming business transactions
- Tracking and handling dealer and customer inquiries
- Document management and follow-up on missing documents
- Activation and payment of fully verified transactions
- Maintaining and updating statistics and reports
- Participation in a variety of projects
Requirements
- At least a commercial/vocational qualification
- Professional experience in internal sales (sales back office) or in the finance and leasing sector is desirable
- Ideally, market and industry knowledge
- Quick comprehension of complex issues and very good numerical skills
- Team spirit, flexibility, commitment and initiative
- Confident, friendly manner with customers and colleagues
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Strong affinity for digital environments and experience working with different applications
- Good telephone communication skills
- Careful working style and a good understanding of regulatory requirements
