About the role
- Assist in facilitating regular Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Help maintain Scrum artifacts such as the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burndown charts.
- Support the Scrum Master in tracking team progress and backlog management.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Development Teams to ensure clarity of requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process optimization.
- Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Azure or other Scrum tools (Rally, Jira, VersionOne, etc.)
