About the role
- Define and execute Vendor and Dealer plans
- Define, together with the CSM, the Vendor’s medium- and long-term strategic plan
- Independently manage relationships with Vendors, Dealers, and customers
- Negotiate and propose program development/new offerings with Vendors and Dealers independently
- Coordinate internally and autonomously with global and local stakeholders to develop new program offerings
- Ensure partner satisfaction as demonstrated by NPS
- Keep the program within the defined minimum profitability, revenue targets, and delinquency thresholds
- Conduct visits and provide support to Vendors (across different levels), Dealers, and strategic customers
- Identify business opportunities
- Support Vendors/Dealers in closing their business
- Participate in commercial and training events with partners
Requirements
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Experience in client/partner relationship management
- Knowledge of credit, financing policies, and processes
- Strong customer focus
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle and overcome objections
- Organizational and planning skills
- Initiative and flexibility
- Ability to lead and deliver autonomously
- Willingness to travel
