About the role

  • Perform credit analyses within local approval limits and, occasionally, regional limits, evaluating clients' financial and registration data (individuals, legal entities, and corporate groups), including financial statements.
  • Recommend credit limits and structure collateral in accordance with internal policies.
  • Participate in meetings (conference calls) with clients to clarify financial matters and projections, and conduct client and partner visits when necessary.
  • Provide technical support to team colleagues and assist the collections area in analyses involving credit risk.
  • Propose improvements to analysis processes to increase efficiency.
  • Develop empathy and technical reasoning to influence decisions and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to the preparation of documents such as credit policies or partnership reviews.
  • Maintain close relationships with the commercial team and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and contribute to the department's performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in credit analysis.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and risk indicators.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
