About the role
- Perform credit analyses within local approval limits and, occasionally, regional limits, evaluating clients' financial and registration data (individuals, legal entities, and corporate groups), including financial statements.
- Recommend credit limits and structure collateral in accordance with internal policies.
- Participate in meetings (conference calls) with clients to clarify financial matters and projections, and conduct client and partner visits when necessary.
- Provide technical support to team colleagues and assist the collections area in analyses involving credit risk.
- Propose improvements to analysis processes to increase efficiency.
- Develop empathy and technical reasoning to influence decisions and foster a collaborative environment.
- Contribute to the preparation of documents such as credit policies or partnership reviews.
- Maintain close relationships with the commercial team and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and contribute to the department's performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous experience in credit analysis.
- Knowledge of financial statements and risk indicators.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
