About the role
- Collect and validate business requirements from key stakeholders (asset management and asset sales).
- Gather data requirements and identify how, from where and when this data can be sourced.
- Refine requirements into understandable work packages (user stories) for the IT engineers to implement. (e.g., data sourcing, data modelling, SQL scripts)
- Perform data analysis (SQL) on Asset Data (e.g., asset structure, financed emissions and data quality).
- Collaborate with the Financed Emissions team to implement target state for financed emissions reporting
- Enable the Asset Data Steward by visualizing key data quality metrics (Power BI)
- Present progress on the topics of Sustainability and Data Quality to key stakeholders, and drive adoption of created dashboards.
Requirements
- Degree and 7+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in financial industry (preferably leasing / asset management).
- Demonstrable experience of global stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate with confidence and persuasion, including having challenging conversations with (senior) stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience with data analysis with SQL in relation to understanding business challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with requirement gathering and ability to communicate technical needs and solutions effectively to non-technical staff.
