About the role
- Analyze market segment, identify target opportunities, contribute to country market and sales plan and align to country sales plan.
- Identify and act on, or actively pursue, sales and ensure follow up of opportunities consistent with the country sales plan.
- Visit relations and prospects and bring DLL financing opportunities to their attention.
- Structure transactions and/or deals with direct customers involve relevant expertise (e.g. credit risk, fiscal, legal, etc.) and balance interests of all stakeholders involved.
- Manage the new business relationships throughout the relationship life cycle.
- Signal product and services development improvement opportunities based on customer needs.
Requirements
- Professional level (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in U.S.) with minimum 10 years of solid insight and experience in the finance market and relevant lease market (incl. Assets).
- Proven experience identifying prospects and developing business plans
- Experience working with C-Suite level clients to drive business through ideas & structures
- Extensive travel (50%+) with expectations to secure meetings with senior level (CFO, CEO) personnel with identified target accounts
- Industry expertise in CapEx heavy businesses, with the ability to structure asset backed transactions to meet the requirements both internally and externally.
- Extensive existing prospect list (relationship leverage)
- Advanced leasing knowledge and experience across multiple asset types
- Ability to liaise between internal stakeholders on complex customer needs/solutions (negotiating contracts, pricing, product development)
- Natural team player who will need to develop a relationship with credit, operations and legal support to customers and prospects.
