About the role

  • Dealer Direct Origination - Identify Dealer Direct opportunities within existing dealers via phone. Collaborate with all the GBU, Inside Sales and Account Managers to identify and prospect new dealers.
  • Relationship Management – Manage and strengthen the relationships with all allocated dealers in the existing portfolio. Oversee credit limits and renewals, ensure day-to-day queries are resolved, promote self-serve capabilities (online/Portfolio team) and drive growth in NBV and outstandings.
  • Sales Calling – Engage with existing dealers to present DLL financing and vendor program opportunities, stimulating interest in DLL products and services.
  • Dealer Support - Organize and deliver information and training to dealers on programs, provide problem solving support and assist dealers in end-user interactions from a financing expertise perspective.
  • Market and Sales Plan - Contribute to the sales plan and targets through market analysis and identification of new market segments and business opportunities.
  • Account Planning - Develop, gain approval for, and implement dealer plans and targets, ensuring alignment with all relevant internal functions..
  • Supporting External CT&I members - Assist with new documentation, program rollouts, credit applications, joint visits, coverage during annual leave and Vendor reporting (average turnover, outstandings, utilization vs credit limits reporting)

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in leasing or financial services
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Strong team player with energy, respect and enthusiasm, committed to achieving results in a fair and professional manner
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives independently
  • Proven experience in a sales or relationship management role
  • Ability to build strong, positive, and long-term relationships
  • High attention to detail, deadline-driven, and excellent time management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with customers at all organizational levels
