About the role
- Identification, assessment and implementation of regulatory and legal requirements
- Implementation and further development of global internal policies and compliance initiatives and their local implementation
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory/legal requirements and internal rules
- Independently performing compliance analyses and monitoring as part of the Second Line of Defence
- Competent point of contact for management, business units and specialist departments regarding the adherence to applicable international and national compliance regulations and standards
- Designing and delivering regular compliance training
- Supporting internal and external audits and communicating with auditors
- Participation in projects
Requirements
- University degree in economics, business administration, finance or law
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the compliance field within a company, preferably in the financial sector, or at a law firm, consulting or auditing firm
- Excellent spoken and written German and English
- Strong knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
- Basic understanding of compliance risks and their impact on business processes
- Initial experience in conducting audits and control activities to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Quick comprehension with strong analytical and holistic thinking skills
- High initiative and the ability and willingness to quickly and proactively engage with new subject areas
