  • Strong ability to quickly understand complex matters and excellent numerical aptitude
  • Team player with flexibility, commitment, and initiative
  • Confident and friendly manner when dealing with customers and colleagues
  • Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Excellent understanding of digital environments and experience working with various applications
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Thorough and structured approach to work, with a good understanding of regulatory requirements
