About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support leaders and members across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark throughout the employment cycle
  • Provide practical HR advice, coaching and support to leaders in line with DLL’s values, policies and local requirements
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for HR-related questions
  • Support hiring managers and candidates through recruitment steps and onboarding
  • Contribute to performance follow-up, development conversations, employment changes, offboarding and HR administration
  • Guide managers on policy interpretation, people matters and local ways of working
  • Support culture, engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and collaboration initiatives across the Nordic organization
  • Collaborate with Global HR to interpret global processes in a Nordic context and support implementation across local markets
  • Travel within the Nordics as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant academic degree within HR, Business, Law, Economics or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience from an HR role, such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Specialist, HR Advisor or similar
  • Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, employee relations and offboarding
  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders, handle confidential information with integrity and balance people and business perspectives
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Excellent professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in another Nordic language is an advantage
  • Experience from a Nordic or international environment is a plus
  • Successful completion of a background check
