About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and supervise the financial entity's complete accounting cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, account analysis, and accounting provisions.
  • Support and coordinate internal and external audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax obligations, including VAT, income tax, and PPM.
  • Prepare regulatory reports for the CMF.
  • Participate in automation and continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, and Compliance to ensure correct accounting attribution of financial operations.
  • Generate financial reports for head office or supervisory bodies.
  • Document results and follow up on corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Título profesional de Contador Auditor o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad financiera, idealmente en bancos, compañías de seguros, fintechs o instituciones reguladas.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de normativa IFRS y regulaciones de la CMF.
  • Manejo de ERP contables (deseable Oracle).
  • Excel avanzado; manejo de herramientas BI (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experiencia en fiscalizaciones y auditorías.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
  • Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements, bank reconciliations, account analysis, and accounting provisions.
