About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and manage Area Sales Managers’ new business opportunities
- Target specific dealers for new business
- Train dealers on DLL’s ECS system
- Quote customers and process credit applications from customers and dealers
- Move new business through the sales process efficiently
- Liaise with the Credit Department to ensure efficient response times
- Build rapport with customers and dealers to ensure quality service
- Support the ASM team and dealer network
- Develop direct customer new business opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent English
- Reliable and comfortable working in a hybrid office and work from home environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agri Finance products and processes
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and deal with business units in a friendly and professional manner
- Interest in general agricultural matters
- Good PC skills
- Relevant 3rd level education is desirable
