About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for assigned positions across DLC's corporate and operational roles.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified construction professionals through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and compensation expectations.
- Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring construction positions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interviewing skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing
- Prior experience supporting high-volume recruiting efforts for growing organizations.
