About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for assigned positions across DLC's corporate and operational roles.
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified construction professionals through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and compensation expectations.
  • Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring construction positions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interviewing skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing
  • Prior experience supporting high-volume recruiting efforts for growing organizations.
