About the role

  • Responsible for analysing the efficiency of the solution and ensuring enhancements are adopted
  • Aligned to a process workstream (e.g. Recruitment & Onboarding)
  • Expected to have a basic knowledge across all modules
  • Work with the supplier and the relevant CoE to identify and implement a 12-24 month rolling technical roadmap
  • Project manage the full design, build, test, implement cycle for their roadmap items
  • Configuration / bug fixes raised as BAU
