About the role

  • As a (Senior) Associate (m/f/x) you advise national and international banks, securities firms and fund management companies on regulatory, contractual and EU law matters
  • Your responsibilities cover all issues in the fields of banking, securities and investment law
  • You support clients in implementing local and international projects and business initiatives
  • You work on current topics such as sustainability and digitalization (e.g., regulation of crypto-assets)
  • You advise FinTechs and the deployment of app-based payment methods as well as LegalTech tools, helping to develop customer-focused solutions
  • On cross-border mandates you work closely with colleagues from around the world

Requirements

  • You have completed your law degree with above-average/very good results
  • You have at least 1 year of professional experience
  • You enjoy diverse projects and complex legal issues within an international law firm
  • You have excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Commitment as well as entrepreneurial thinking and a commercial mindset complete your profile
