Requirements
- minimum of 8 years of experience advising domestic and international companies
- advising companies across a wide range of industries with the development of new corporate headquarters, manufacturing and distribution facilities, data centers, and large office projects
- identifying and negotiating discretionary economic development incentives
- strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills
- attention to detail
- good business judgment
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work collaboratively and independently across the firm
- JD
- Admission in the bar for the jurisdiction in which you are applying
- Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 firm experience
