About the role
- Join DLA Piper’s finance department as a Venture & Growth Attorney
- Represent lenders on commercial finance matters, focusing on loans to technology, life sciences, and middle market companies
- Produce timely, accurate legal work and communicate with clients and colleagues
- Meet deadlines, foster positive work relationships, and comply with firm policies
- Engage in both sedentary and digital/virtual work activities
- Hybrid work with regular in-office presence and some flexibility for work-from-home
Requirements
- 4+ years of lender-side representation for commercial finance matters
- Experience representing banks and/or private credit funds on loans to technology, life sciences and/or middle market companies is preferred
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
- JD
- Strong analytical and writing skills
