Key responsibilities & impact

Support the recruitment process such as posting job descriptions, help in filtering the candidates, follow-up candidates, scheduling and validating interviews, etc.
Support the creation and improvement of slide decks and presentation materials.
Assist with website support and web design tasks, helping to maintain and enhance our online presence.
Participate in content creation for LinkedIn, blog, and other channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Student or recent graduate in HR, Marketing, Management, Communications, IT, or related fields.
Interest in learning about recruitment, operations, and IT projects.
Familiarity and agility with AI tools to enhance productivity.

Good communication skills in English and Portuguese.
