About the role

  • Establish and embed robust frameworks and processes to ensure effective data governance.
  • Combine advisory, strategy, and technical expertise to contribute to organizational data management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with data governance platforms in a professional environment
  • Strong understanding of Data Governance concepts such as Glossary, Data Quality, RDM, and Lineage
  • Hands-on experience querying databases using SQL or similar technologies
  • Client-facing experience or strong stakeholder management skills
  • Guide clients in implementing and adopting data mesh and other data governance approaches
  • Advise clients on establishing a data governance structure, including designing roles such as data stewards and data owners
  • Good understanding of modern data platforms and cloud environments
